There are several types of login blocks in the personal account of the exchange. 


1. IP Block (Error 1015)

A block of your IP service to shield from a DDoS attack.

Automatic block, which can be for many reasons: from suspicious activity to insufficient internet connection speed.

Temporary IP block - from 15 to 60 minutes. For immediate access to your personal account an IP change is necessary.


2.  Account blocking

An account can be blocked:

– automatically, after an incorrect password has been attempted five times.

– by the user with the help of a confirmation-email link. 

– by administration due to suspicious activity.


To unblock the account it is necessary to contact us at support@kuna.io using the email address associated with your profile on the Kuna exchange.
